If there was a way to "make money" on H&W, UPS would never let it go. The Teamsters negotiated the benefit, the non-profit TeamCare administers it, and never the twain shall meet.

The last I heard our local has 18 months of reserve in our healthcare premium fund so, yeah, the union can make money off of our healthcare.

Yesterday I had the day off so I interacted at odd hrs.
Back to work today unwillingly.

I've realized who my real friends are on here. I can count them on my hand. I was having a hard time and I was given no break.
