We can get on tax issues all day. I could argue you can save more by putting it in the 401k tax deferred than a family of 4 would

Looks like you're Jealous. Or just very immature. I like how you disagreed with my factual statement.

Jealous, LMAO, you're slinging cardboard and i'm getting ready to go camping for a week on a beautiful island in December, (with a premium MF ride)

What’s a good percentage to put away for 401k to retire comfortably? I don’t want to die behind the wheel.
Everyone’s an expert here, but you asked me, what are you comfortable living on? I wanna be swimming like Scrooge McDuck when I leave, others are ok with a condo and cats.

A good rule to go by is 10-15% of your total income each year into retirement. Make sure you do some activities along the way like travel or whatever. Try to balance everything between the present and future.

Hire more employees! This company can't get any good, qualified management personnel because they are taking away their retirement. Nobody in their right mind would go to the dark side. Center Managers are quitting and they hire people off the street, with no delivery driving experience, to train new drivers. WTF! 34 years ago, without going public, this company was strong.

Starting wage is a waste of time.
57.5 hours this week

I've got buddies that are lineman and it's nothing for them to put in a 40 hour weekend on call. Brother in law is a heavy machinery operator. During the summer he works many 15 hour days 6-7 days a week. Friends that are in the oil fields. 16 hour days 14 days straight.
Lmfbo!! If you think they are working no stop then someone is either lying or delusional.
