Gravy route
Well, then, package car runs a different set of DOT rules than feeders. Rules which don't appear in the DOT manual. The 60/7 rule is exactly what you say it isn't. In feeders, we cannot go over 60 hours in a 7 day period, if we are on road, and don't reset.
I worked 84 hrs in 8 days.
34 hr reset is Sat eve-Mon morning. So You have a fresh 70 hrs every Mon.

FMCSA below...
Summary of Hours of Service Regulations
60/70-Hour Limit
May not drive after 60/70 hours on duty in 7/8 consecutive days. A driver may restart a 7/8 consecutive day period after taking 34 or more consecutive hours off duty.

NOTICE: The Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act of 2015 was enacted on December 16, 2014, suspending enforcement of new requirements for use of the 34-hour restart, pending a study. Based on the findings from the study, the 34-hour restart rule in operational effect on June 30, 2013, is restored to full force and effect. The requirement for two off-duty periods of 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. in section 395.3(c) of the Agency’s hours-of-service rules will not be enforced, nor will the once-per-week limit on use of the restart in 395.3(d).

I know what the reset is. That wasn't what I was talking about. Brownslave said guys in his place were working 70 hours, Mon-Fri. That's with no reset.

I have no problem admitting I'm wrong, if I am. I've called few drivers tonight with more time than me, and they say the same thing I'm saying.

This just doesn't sound right. I know package car drivers aren't CDL holders, but they are regulated by the DOT too.

If they don’t work Saturday it’s a 48 hour reset. If they worked til 10pm on Saturday they could be in Monday at 8AM. The weekend is the reset. Now don’t make me get the Tampa Serial killer sign language lady to spell it out for you.

You're not grasping this at all I'm done.

What specific language in the law would keep someone from getting their 70 in 5 days?

I grossed $2490.00 this week after 59.97 hours. After 15% in my 401K and 100 bucks in stock I’ll be lucky to clear $1400.00. I can work 47.5 hours and clear 11 and change. Something is wrong with that picture. I’d rather have 12 hours of my life back.
Lmao. Didn’t even clear $1400.00 lmao. Brought home 13 and change. What a bunch of bullsheet. Could have had 12 hours of my life back and cleared 11 and change. 19.99 hours of OT at 20 cents on the dollar. What a ripoff.

Too funny in that a few guys that came to take deliveries off of me the other night were saying just the very same thing.......that does suck.

Isn't it a rule if you have a DOT card and doesn't just apply to CDL holders?

Yes. To the best of my knowledge, the only difference between an PC and feeders under DOT regulations is the 150 mile section that says you guys don't need to take a 30 minute break after 8 hours and you don't have to keep logs.
