The 4 years is one thing, but how they have the increase is stupid. Like a dollar or two raise till you get 4 years, the. bOOm! Massive pay increase. Should be 5 bucks a year. Used to be 2 years, should have stayed like that...oh well

It’s always been that way. It was 2.5 years (i think) when I started.

When I went fulltome it was 18.75, 19.21, 21.50 or something dumb like that then 25 then $10 raise. Don’t feel bad for people in progression. We all did it. Suck it up buttercup
