Well in my building i go pick up the air from the airport. then when i get back they send me out to deliver ground. Although the thing that makes no sense to me is im still considered reload? Do i need to contact the union guy?

Here, if you deliver or pick up a ground package, you get ground rate the whole day. As everyone else says, contact your steward, they should give you good advice.

You are still reload whenever the boss does not need you to drive. Make sure you are getting top driver pay for doing ground.
