Box Monkey
Guess we have now.

The truck didn't blow up because of the tanks. The tanks are still fully intact. it went up because of a bad fitting which could happen on a diesel or LNG truck as well. All the safety precautions set forth for the CNG did their jobs or it would have been MUCH worse.

Every time I’m in WILPA and I see a feeder driver filling up one of those natural gas tractors it makes me nervous. I don’t even want to be around it. Seems dangerous. Asked a guy one time did they train you how to fill them up? Nope was his response.

Natural gas is pretty much all we have left for every vehicle at my location except for sleepers. No, no one trained me how to fill that damn thing, took me about three or four tries before I figured it out lol.

I vaguely remember you as the guy consuming chicken broth as a feeder sleeper driver as part of a diet that is working for you.

Could you provide the details of that diet again please and the benefits you are getting from it?

Thanks

It's really not that difficult. Any box monkey could do it.

Bone broth actually. The College Inn brand is really tasty without having to add anything to it.
I was. I still do occasionally. Funny though because I didn't know I posted about it here :D
I want to get back into do it more regular but mainly because I feel like crap eating regular food and then sitting on my buddy essentially 3-4 days at a time. It also helped with digestive issue and bowel movements. The first week I did it I lost 5 lbs as well. I'm sure if I stuck to it more it would help even more.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

What else did you eat with it? Any supplements?

thanks for taking the time to answer, I appreciate it , brother.

I picked longer sedentary runs just to get away from the stupidity( managers and younger drivers) at my hub and don't move as much as I used to , doing cpus.

Feeder driver is one of the unhealthiest jobs you can have. From the time I left package till now my blood test numbers have deteriorated every year and I’m 5-7lbs lighter now than I was when I left package. The sitting kills your health. And I don’t do long runs. Daytime cpu jobs. You also cannot duplicate package driver exercise. I walked a half marathon every day.

You smell that?
Can we please stop this? I don't understand the thinking behind it.

Somebody explain it to me like I wear a mask alone in my truck.
