It's where they put the towel labels on the packages and assign them position in your truck

But some of that stuff is so far out of order it's like trying to solve a Rubik's cube

It's one thing if you have rotten knowledge and you know where the stuff goes but somebody covering your route and trying to figure it out...

A little bit of effort would make everybody a lot more productive.

It was pretty consistent.

But in the last year it seems to get worse by the week

you reorder the DOL and accurize the map so that area knowledge + ORION miles are the trace

no, IE has no idea just how bad DOL and the maps are nationwide and how little skill the PDS have in actually fixing it; this is why ORION has the difficulties it does, despite being an overall win

in theory, there is a chain of support to fix these issues, but there's so much to do and it's so tedious that nobody bothers

at some point we'll evolve to a truly dynamic DOL and then maybe it won't matter but we aren't there yet

I don’t think it’s at a point where they can actually measure our miles accurately because it updates so often throughout the day. When you leave the building with the Orion order in your board and your miles are 110, if it updates 10 times throughout the day how can you be held to your original miles? Nothing has ever come of someone being over their mileage, at least in our building.
