Tons of effort for zero pull-ups.
I typically exercise at night. I like to come home, eat, and shower, then go for an hour or so. I am working at least 50 hours a week. I listen to my body, if I am too tired, I do not go.How do you folks manage to balance out working st ups and working out (ifyou do exercise)? How many hours do you work at ups? Do you workout in Morning or evening ? How many days a week do you workout ? How many calories do you eat a day ? What kind of exercise do you do (cardio , barbell lifts , calisthenics , etc.) ?! Sorry for all questions I just love working out but always exhausted from work

Another nice thing about night workouts is the gym is usually empty. Go in the morning before work, and it’s packed.I am 58. I usually get to the gym around 9pm.
