Likely will be self-administered as a designated place in each center to scan your card in then the app verifies and stores in case of audit with a Y/N status in the HR system. Corporate thinks they have this right and will comply unless the administration directs otherwise. Only chance to resist this is en masse. If the majority of all, both vaxed and unvaxed, union and management, will stand strong and not comply in large enough numbers seems that this would be unenforceable.
