Federal contractors are still required to have all employees jabbed. Corporate is 100% planning to implement in Jan. They already have a verification app developed.
And who do we have to show our card to? And do they have a right to take pictures of it?

Likely will be self-administered as a designated place in each center to scan your card in then the app verifies and stores in case of audit with a Y/N status in the HR system. Corporate thinks they have this right and will comply unless the administration directs otherwise. Only chance to resist this is en masse. If the majority of all, both vaxed and unvaxed, union and management, will stand strong and not comply in large enough numbers seems that this would be unenforceable. Beyond that not sure there is anyway this will not happen given the current climate.
I think I should just take our word for it.

UPS is not a federal contractor. If you believe so, then provide the contract. As of 2019, Wikipedia doesn’t even list UPS in the top 100 contractors for the federal government. Plus all the federal contractor deadlines have long expired. So far only corporate people are required which explains the app.
