With illegal immigration costing the country over $100,000,000,000 a year any reasonable person can see that the wall will more than pay for itself keeping more out. And the amazing thing is that if sanctuary cities and States weren't protecting criminals to where we could deport them with ease I think most Americans would be fine with the rest staying and getting legal status of some sort. We aren't going to deport 11 million plus people. But the liberals are trying to show the Hispanic community how much they care and thus we have people who should have been deported still running around committing crime. Exactly how many more Americans must be murdered, raped, robbed, killed by a drunk driver before the interests of our citizens are put first? Or is that being racist, unreasonable?

Most of Texas is privately owned. Not like most western states where the Federal government is by far the biggest property owner.

What if most illegal immigration happens with people who come legally with a visa and just never leave?
