Tweets like that do sound somewhat disingenuous. All Democrats have to ask is "What exactly will the taxpayers' $5 billion be getting them? Height/mileage/design?" $5 billion is in fact not enough to build a wall that's 30 feet tall and 2,000 miles long. It's a straw man argument that doesn't make sense.
