Yeah my favorite is the "what's the lowest you'll go". Then their next response is an offer that undercuts it. I ignore as well.
Potential buyer: I see you have a bike for sale for $6500 what’s the lowest you’ll take?
Me: I might be willing to go down to $6000
Potential buyer: I really wasn’t looking to spend more than $3000
