64's were more rounded at head/tail. That looks more like a 65 or 66. They stretched out the C pillar in 67, so it's one of those years...I think

It may be what was called the “Strato-bench”. Bench seat & bucket backs.
I THINK it was a COPO or Dealer Option.

Didn't almost every Chevy from the mid 60's have bench seats? I had a 66 Biscayne and a 67 Chevelle that both had benches.
