64's were more rounded at head/tail. That looks more like a 65 or 66. They stretched out the C pillar in 67, so it's one of those years...I think

I’m guessing 65 Fairlane then.
Looks pretty plain, but he may have stripped off badging and trim.

It may be what was called the “Strato-bench”. Bench seat & bucket backs.
I THINK it was a COPO or Dealer Option.
