No, actual bikes with what could be best described as a roller dolly bolted to the back to keep the bike from tipping.

Deadly too. This year was no exception. There's usually at least one a year. Well over 200 have died since the beginning of that event.

One of hubby's golf buddies is Rich Rutherford, a professional driver.
He's driving one of these BMWs in this video. I asked hubby which one is he driving? He said, "the red one" . Thanks a lot.

Very little room for error. Error in the populated part are you smash against a house, bystander, or anything else. Error in the country side and it would be a slow painful death.

Also, when they wobble.. Major butt clenching moment lol

Connor Cummings had a spectacular off near the Veranda on the mountain portion of the course about 2 years ago. It was all well documented by helicopter camera. I wince every time I see it.
