Prob cuz you're right next to a distribution center? When they go through a hub or two, they come out the other end looking like dog food. When I worked preload the vast majority of smashed boxes were Amazon, usually due to poor packaging (I.e. box too big for contents, not enough filler, tape that didn't stick or totally crooked, and just plain old weak boxes) I know it's not your fault, sorry to have been all hot and bothered.
