For the short term, yes. We don't know if they will be the most effective in the long-term, and I still don't support a lot of people taking it.
Ivermectin is among the safest drugs on the planet.

People are taking horse-doses.
A horse-dose of ivermectin isn't as bad as a horse-dose of ibuprofen or advil. It's safer than ibuprofen or advil.
And causes 0 blood clots in young people.

There is a strong possibility that in the next 6 or 12 months that the vaccinated will have a harder time with covid than the unvaccinated.

And BTW. The FDA is reporting that 85% of the calls coming into the poison center are from people who on the advice of the experts at Fox News have taken Ivermectin, the livestock deworming drug and are now reporting severe side effects including hepatitis.

Taking a horse-dose of ivermectin is safer than taking a horse-dose of ibuprofen or advil. It's safer than OTC painkillers. A horse-dose of those can kill you. A horse-dose of any safe drug can kill you. Ivermectin's safety profile is nearly perfect, and people are using it because A) It works and B) docs won't prescribe it because they'll lose their jobs.
Those estimates can go fly a kite.
The vaccinated are increasing in proportion among hte sick very quickly. It's quite possible that, in a few months, the vaccinated will be known to be more at risk.
