There are not enough Republican votes in either the House or the Senate to force us back to work.
Ummm….it’s not up to Congress. They have no say in it whatsoever.

It rubs the rate increase proposal on the skin or the hose for you again!
The biggest slap in the face is that they want to use part time employees to staff weekend work. Ie pvd
The way it should be if you ask me.Up until the last few contracts, part timers were the weekend workers.
Saturday Air was used as the training grounds for many full time drivers.

The union don't want a strike either, those drivers can't afford being on strike for two weeks and ups can't afford it eitherAt some point it’s not. We are extremely close to that point.
Feel sorry for the younger FT members who can least afford a strike. Most PT will just work a few extra hours at their FT job or are only here for the healthcare benefits. Most higher seniority FT should be set financially for the long term. The union don't want a strike either, those drivers can't afford being on strike for two weeks and ups can't afford it either

What was in the law? That their union doesn’t have the right to negotiate for the workers? Buddy! The government overstepped their boundaries, plain and simple. It was in the law, buddy. The gov’t ultimately went above and beyond.
The law that rail workers be forced back to work.What. As in the law? That their union doesn’t have the right to negotiate for the workers? Buddy!
Ohhhh, lol you mean the law that Biden signed into effect that made it illegal for the rail workers to strike like a week before they were going to strike? Seriously do politics really blind you that much? That you would welcome screwing over 100,000 railworkers just so your precious democrat president doesn’t look bad? Good grief! You people know no bounds! I would dump trump in a heartbeat if he did something like that without reason. It was in the law, buddy. The gov’t ultimately went above and beyond.
Yes, the one he signed into affect a week before they were going to strike. The one he invented just for them. The law that rail workers be forced back to work.
