Durable goods orders which were expected to be down to begin with were down more than expected. And yes, with a one party political system and a president for life China will easily take whatever Trump hands out and will just sit there and smile for as long as it takes for the US to quit and Trump to leave office. And a deep US recession in a presidential election year will often make that job a lot easier as Jimmy Cater and Bush I painfully learned.

The economy will not "crash" but is likely to be negatively impacted if the Mueller report is submitted and contains collaborated proof that high ranking Trump administration officials if not Trump himself colluded with the Russian's or had direct knowledge of what was going on in an attempt to meddle in the election.
If it's bad news than Newf he simply cannot remain in office . So hope for the best but plan for the worst and don't feed us anymore "whataboutisms" regarding the Clinton's. They managed to slip through the grasp of law enforcement are no longer in public service and are not likely to impact events going forward.

In spite of clear evidence that Russian collusion was a hoax perpetrated by highly placed individuals in our Justice Department you still cling to the notion that it really happened. They may or may not dig up something on Trump they can hang him on, but Russian collusion won't be it.

It will all be decided by the Mueller investigation and what a federal grand jury decides what to do with it and there's a report out today that says that a federal judge has been presented with a brief on what the investigation has uncovered thus far. Funny that Manafort and Cohen are singing liked canaries. If what they have to say can be collaborated .
Then again you were pronouncing Hillary Clinton guilty even before the investigation had concluded and you still can't accept the fact that they couldn't find enough evidence to warrant a prosecution.
For someone who is going to South America to live ( or so you claim) you seem scared to death of what the outcome of the matter might be.
You couldn't find within yourself to give Hillary the benefit of the doubt so why should anyone give Trump that same consideration.?
