Facial hair issues

Has anybody seen the new policy book about " Freedom of Expression " rumor around our building is that it says you are allowed to have facial hair. Less than an inch and neat trimmed. I have yet to see it myself but a lot of drivers are walking around with beards and management hasn't said anything to them
