Shareholders own the company!! She works for the shareholders. When you and other employees buy UPS stock you have a vested interest in the company’s performance and you and other shareholders can vote to remove her. You are not putting all your eggs in one basket unless you invest all your spare money in UPS stock.

Do you work in management? How much overlap do you think exists between the interests of a UPS shareholder and the interests of a UPS Teamster? When the company automates your job so they can increase the dividend and you are laid off will that result in a net gain or loss for you?

Back to his post, I read it too quick. About the cooler uniforms, I thought he was referring to the new ones we got under Tome. The polo, etc.

I see now he was trolling about the FedEx uniform and higher stock price.
