Business needs a business friendly president. Will that be Obama?
Like I said not an original thought,always a Fox Talking point. Business profits higher than ever,tax rate lowest ever,do some research before you quote Fox. I have never seen anybody so wrong about everything and what amazes me you can not refute anything I say. The Republic Party is toast it is that simple,so sour grapes and predicting the future for a Republic Party takeover will never happen,again you will be the minority we will be the majority get used to it and maybe we will let you keep some of your earnings.

Again profits higher than anytime in the history of the U.S. Tax rates lower than ever last I read from the CBO it's at 12.1%,no what they want is more profit,pay third world wages and be the ruling class. Seems like that didn't work out.So which Emperors have no clothes ? Seems like it's the Republic Party. No one bought the B.S. and the party of wanting free stuff (where is this free stuff at ?) has prevailed. The People have spoken. Those who do not like it are more than free to leave the Country and go to one that shares their values. Then again there are no countries like that,oh and you would be immigrants stealing jobs from the people who live there. Sound Familiar ?

Wonder why Rush left out Big Oil, Banks, Corn Growers, Defense industries, Mitt Romney and Michelle Bachman? Guess its ok for the rich to get welfare from the government.
Business needs to be friendly to whoever is now the president. Their balance sheets going forward depend upon it and they know it.

If the mother doesn't want her own child, what are the odds that kid will grow up and contribute to society? Are you going to take care of it. The GOP cries about having to pay for welfare but they want these babies born. I'll be all for ending abortion if you are willing to pay for all these unwanted kids.
12.1%? On what planet? Free stuff? Food stamps at highest % of population in history. 99 weeks of unemployment and when off that sign up for disability, also at highest rate in history. Corporate income tax is 35% bub. Obama has offered to drop it to 28% if that includes overseas earnings too. Which would actually increase overall taxes on corporations. Profits are waning as economy worsens. Don't take my word for it, read the quarterly results that corporations are bound by law to reveal and are widely reported in newspapers. And it's not about current business profits sport, it's about creating new business and growing the economy which will put people back to work which will increase gov't revenue. You seem to think that if businesses are profitable(and not all are) that they should just go ahead and hire people. Straight from Marxism 101 Central Planning. I can say this until I'm blue in the face but y'all are like a lynch mob wanting to hurt the rich. Hurting the rich hurts everyone else too or do you think we're all doing so well in this economy? The People haven't spoken. The ones who had alot to lose if we got a responsible President into office have spoken. The spoiled rotten overgrown children have spoken. The Gimme Stuff Generation has spoken. And what do you know about other countries? Northern Europe acts responsibly. Singapore, Japan, Chile too. Anywhere things work well you'll find a free market economy. Even China greatly improved when they allowed people to try Capitalism. There's nothing wrong with social programs as long as they are balanced by a strong enough economy to pay for them. Deficit spending, especially at these levels, is insane. And why the Democrat Party will eventually implode. You can bet on it.
There are plenty of couples looking to adopt. And y'all treat abortion as if we conservatives are all in agreement on what should happen. Personally if a woman is raped or a teen is a victim of incest I think there should be a morning after pill or some such that prevents or terminates the pregnancy. I'm not in favor of a fetus developing to the point of having even minimal human features being literally burned alive by a saline solution then dismembered. I saw the video "Silent Scream" in the 80's showing a fetus sure looking like it was screaming as it was being dismembered. And Obama voted as a state senator in Illinois against allowing a fetus surviving an abortion to be allowed to live. I mean actually putting a live baby in a sink and allowing it to die rather than render assistance. Which has happened. His reasoning? I saw the interview, he said that it was not the mother's intent for that baby to live. Just one of many things the press covered over to get him elected in 2008. He's every bit the leftist you are Lord Trekkie and yet he never gets called on it. Just like the Benghazi, Libya scandal that the press kept under wraps before the election. Long before there was George W. Bush there was Richard Nixon trying to coverup the Watergate break-in. He rightfully paid the price and was called everything in the book by liberals for decades. But Obama and crew tried to cover up the total cluster in Libya that got Americans killed and except for FOX you didn't hear a damn thing from the press. AMERICANS GOT KILLED DUE TO OBAMA AND CREW's FAILURE TO PROTECT THEM AND THEN TRIED TO BLAME IT ON AN OBSCURE VIDEO BECAUSE YOU CAN'T HAVE THE VOTING PUBLIC QUESTION HIS FOREIGN POLICY AND LEADERSHIP RIGHT BEFORE THE ELECTION. AND THE NEXT DAY THAT EMPTY CHAIR FLEW TO LAS VEGAS TO SCHMOOZE DONORS!!!! AND YOU MORONS DEFEND HIM!!! GEEZ, WHAT's NEXT? DO WE FIND OUT WHAT HE MEANT ABOUT HAVING MORE FLEXIBILITY TO DO WHATEVER IT WAS VLADIMIR PUTIN WANTED? What do you expect from a guy who went into office as a convicted felon, started a war with the wrong country, spent all the surplus, bankrupted the treasury, cut healthcare benefits for war veterans, is an alcoholic, a cocaine abuser and a draft dodger via the national guard(Canada for rich kids)thanks to his daddys connections. What the GOP really cares about is their guns, welfare for the rich and religion while the rest of the country will deal with the real problems in our society. They are stuck in the past and their ignorance will do them in. I'm guessing it doesn't feel too good to now be the minority in this country. I love the irony.

But as we’ve noted time and time again, while the U.S. has a high statutory corporate tax rate (meaning the rate on paper), U.S. corporations actually pay incredibly low taxes due to the ever-proliferating loopholes, credits, and deductions in the tax code and the use of overseas tax havens.
U.S. corporate taxes that were actually paid (the effective rate) fell to a 40 year low of 12.1 percent in fiscal year 2011, despite corporate profits rebounding to their pre-Great Recession heights. The U.S. both taxes its corporations less and raises less in revenue from corporate taxes than its foreign competitors.

And that's where you are wrong. We don't just talk the talk like you Democrats. If Obama had been President on 9/11/2011, or Gore or Kerry, we'd have a bunch of pontificating and no action. A Republican President would have had security in Benghazi, and would have rushed any assistance needed right away. And damn sure wouldn't have gone to a fund raiser the next day.
