True. I live in the gunshine state so it never seems to be a problem here.I guess it depends on what you can buy in the Peoples Republic and the cost there.

No, saw it in a store. Are you paying shipping too or local?
That is logical but I have found buying in 100 round or even 50 round boxes to be cheaper.P.S., I've never bought a bulk can like that, I imagined they would have been cheaper.
I have a 100 round box I bought 15 or so years ago with a $14.60 price. Now it is $37.I paid much less but that was before ammo prices went crazy.
Their ammo is a tad expensive. Gander has American ammo in .223 for $8.99 for 20 and they are really expensive. I have been finding ammo at Wal-Mart very easily now and I have yet to find anyone to beat their prices. They had a DPMS AR15 for $623 last week.
I have a couple of Wal-Marts close by so between them stock is not a problem or maybe just cause its Florida.I agree Walmart has good prices but are frequently out of stock. I have several ammo sites bookmarked and I just posted Midway as the first one I saw without checking the other prices.
Bummer. Most Walmarts near me are in politically correct areas so don't sell ammo. So I only have a couple that might have any to buy.

I don't think I've ever not seen ammo at Wal-Marts....weird.Walmart passing up a dollar seems a bit weird. Hmmm ...
Did you see tasers?I don't remember seeing any ammo at my local Walmart. They don't even have fabrics anymore! Seems the electronics took over everything.
There are a lot of people here descended from Scottish Highlanders and many of them driver Toyota Highlanders.
No tasers but plenty of guns. Bought my Ruger mini-14 there.Did you see tasers?
