They were there before. Do you really think the media was interested in releasing all the facts at once, and not just the ones that got so many people riled up?

It is rather pathetic on your part that you would accept the facts that support your POV on this matter at face value, and not accept the ones that don't agree with you and your rush to judgement. Then again, you don't even know the proper meaning of the term racism, so I guess I am not surprised.

Facts? Like original report listing the shooting as homicide? Or video of Zimmerman being escorted into the police station with no signs of head trauma from having his head bashed against the concrete? The facts suggest that the police and prosecutors botched this and without the national outcry would have been more than happy to leave it alone. Defend their ineptitude or coverup if you want. I don't know why you do, but it is your choice.

As a lawyer, I can tell you the Zimmerman story is a crock of #$%$ They are simply researching case law for arguments that have gotten defendants off in the past and recreating a set of events that closely mimic winning defenses.That's the reason it's taking them weeks to release details of what happened...even when they can't even answer simple questions like if he visited a doctor for injuries.If they were simply telling the truth, you would have all the details of what happened the first day it became a national story.​

If Trayvon was on top when Zimmerman shot him, then forensics should be able to determine if that is the case. Bullet wound, entry/exit patterns, powder residue....all should be looked at to determine the veracity of Zimmerman's story.​

I havent seen ONE post from YOU showing anything NEGATIVE about Zimmerman. He has an arrest record, he has a record of bogus 911 calls, he has a history of violence, he has a history of NONPAYMENT of bills including his rent, he has a history of arguing with landlords when they come to collect rent from him, he has a history of violence with roommates, where have you posted ANY of this information when you were VILIFYING the young black man who lost his life???

I get it, he was black and "some" of you dont care that he lost his life. I get it, "some" of you dont think he had any RIGHTS like the rest of us, I get it, Because he was black he was probably guilty of something therefore justifying his killing.

Its no surprise.

But lets be clear where "I" stand. I look at ALL the FACTS, I look at the matter from a perspective of humanity and civil justice. To me, its clear Zimmerman "profiled" this kid because he was B L A C K and this B L A C K kid wasnt going to get away from him like all the others had.

There isnt much to wait for. COMMON SENSE spells out everything we need to know.

If Zimmerman simply stays in his car and lets the police make contact with Martin, NOBODY dies.

We dont need a Grand Jury to make that determination.

Ive read it all and they cannot determine, or let out as a fact if it was 3am or 730 pm.
I dont know why it is taking so long to figure it out. Im not a trained detectives, but the facts from the media outlets dont add up.
If he didnt attack, Zimmerman should pay. Period.
Whether he was a bad or good kid, does not matter, if he was shot and did nothing Zimmerman was wrong. Period
It peaves me they call Zimmerman a "white Hispanic", that would be like calling Obama a white African American. They just had to get that white thing in there to totally divide us. And it works. I want justice to be served. Someone lost a son, that pain is real doesnt matter the color, or the outcome, hes still gone. Whether Zimmerman attacked unprovoked is the only question.
