CAINs new poll numbers in IOWA have sunk to a new low. 8%, and I think thats mainly Brett, Tooner, UPSlifer and Brownbomber.

If they really wanted to push the truth they could take DNA samples from her bed matress, but would Cain agree for a sample ?
And even then, it wouldn't prove anything, because people like Moreluck, Baba, Tooner will believe the test results were planted or fake.
Or He'll come up with a Michael Jackson story that he did indeed sleep in her bed, but didn't touch her.

Settling doesn't appear as "guilty" on your record. Many nuisance law suits are "settled" to avoid more time & money in court fighting .
At least Michael hired a good doctor to take care of him!
