in the process of moving over for a semi coming up this dirt road my right front tire went right into a 3 foot deep hole, took 2 hours and 45 minutes for a tow truck to pull me out, as least there wasnt any body damage lol

You couldn't find a farmer with a tractor and a chain? That combo has bailed me out of trouble more than once. Beautiful scenery btw, gotta love a country route.

I live in a townhouse for the main reason of not having to do any of that work. And I have to say that my 1900 sq. ft. townhouse with a full baserment and one car garage is bigger than a lot of people's "real houses" I just don't have to mow or shovel snow.

Townhouse life tends to lend itself to singles or couples. Throwing two adults and two children in a smaller area tends to grate on everyone's nerves. 1900sq ft is a very nice sized livin area which would seem to be able to accommodate either lifestyle, sans the yard.
