We actually did have a supervisor who took a shortcut across a froze lake (probably saved him 5 or 6 miles) and bragged about it. As far as I know no hourly ever did that.

It was in the mid 20's here with 40mph wind gusts, sleet and snow. If all I had to wear was fur, I would want a blanket too!
