I would be thankful that I had an input to the process. After we do an operation here, we do a "Hotwash" where all the players get together in an informal meeting and try to see where things need improvement and where the snags occurred. This too has its drawbacks as sometimes when the same issue comes up again.....someone reverts back to the "Old" way.
