He isn't wrong. We are headed into the busy season. Do you really think volume will go down? There will be no strike considering they had a hand shake agreement. Which turns into if it gets voted down they go back and start more bargaining until it gets voted in.
Where's all the gung ho Teamsters that were here a few weeks ago? There were walking without even knowing what the deal was?

They go back to bargaining while you walk a picket line. No contract, no work.
That's not how it works. Good faith. The bargainers agreed with a proposal to allow the people to vote. At that point it is acceptable to the union/ negotiators. When the union, it's people vote it down. It goes back to be renegotiated. Bargaining in good faith.

I don't care if you believe me or not
Before you go on strike the company is going to make us pay

And we'll probably get less of a deal than we got now

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

Wrong. The handshake is void. O’Brien himself had said you will not work without a contract. Good faith! 🤣

The union is putting out propaganda to scare the members into voting for the contract. Telling locals to be ready to walk the 23rd if we vote it down, knowing full well we can't and if we did a judge would have us back to work by the 25th under those circumstances.

Lol I’m sorry you don’t understand what good faith bargaining is.
