What? No... When I come upon a No DR stop and nobody is home I hit SDN to see if the "Clarify Signature" thing comes up. If it does I check the "Can be left if you sign the info notice" option. If it doesn't I check the "must be here to sign" option.

Just read page one on this thread and am pretty sure you can't use a delivery notice if a signature required is on the address label. Paid for and not hand written. This will always be the same so there is no need to keep trying to see if it will change. The consignee needs to be there in person to sign.
