Crashes happen when things are rushed into operation too soon. The nerds in diad design didn't even factor in weather, probably wasn't even on the radar working in a climate controlled bubble. Fails in wet weather. Zero input from those using their design.

Dispatcher and sups can turn off optimization for the routes. They just click a button. If yours doesn't update its because it's turned off. Cradle has nothing to do with it

I asked my ORS about that and he said it was turned on. My route is very close to the building, does that have anything to do with it

Disagree, dispatch never optimized on me outside of the cradle. As soon as I brain fart and put it in the candle it updates the next stop.

Nobody does RDO dispatch studies anymore and even if they did, they would have to wrangle a loop-sequence that is now 7 years old from the last time it was properly done.
First stop shelf 5 to 7 is the norm.

I've been texted about my radio being off. We don't have maps back yet, but I heard we are going to Bing instead of Google. Skipping around the manifest doesn't bother me too much.. I dont follow trace because my buisness deliveries need their before 5p.m. Residential on the backside of my route is easy enough unless the dispatcher plays with my pal locations.
