So im guessing near Jan 15th they just let you know whether your staying on board or out the door?

You probably won’t get hired permanently. But if you really want in the company, persistence is huge. If you do end up being let go from your seasonal position, call, text, and email the HR person everyday about a permanent position. If you don’t you will slide into the void and be forgotten. It’s the best advice I can give you
