Wrong you can qualify anytime of year. It's up to the company if they want those days to count.

If you start your 30 before mid-october it still counts even during peak.

I have just turned Full time on this past Tuesday but my seniority date is Dec. 22, and i notice a conflict in pay being that my pay dropped. Does your pay suppose to drop once ft or does it stay the same?

after 25 years your pay will drop to nothing.

In my area your are paid utility wage for your 30 days because you are technically still a pter tryng to qualify. After you qualify you go to 18 an hour which is full time driver starting rate. You get the red circle utilty wage if you utilty drive for a while (in my case only 3 months) before you go ft.
