The hardest thing about learning the sort is getting used to where the colors are on the transverse, I think. Once you begin to get the hang of which reads go where, you'll go into auto-pilot soon enough, then it's all cake from there. Especially if you work in a building that uses a 1:1 ratio of sorters/unloaders.
