I'm not sure what to say. Ive never really seen anything that bad at my center. And a lot of supervisors really have zero leadership experience. It took me about 3 years to not feel like "a new person". And since then Ive had to speak up maybe twice to the person I work with in small sort who has anger issues and fly off the handle at sups and new people.
Seems like she was going overboard.
Don't sweat it, Michonne. You are a bigger person. She obviously doesn't know how to handle stress. Just remeber why you're there; part time hours/full benefits. Makes it easier to stay calm.
