Yep even if I was a mechanic. The way I see it. The tools make the money not the box. Spend money on the tools. With that said this is my box one day.

A younger dude I'm friends with just bought a friggen $8500 Snap On box for his job, because the one he had was "falling apart" and he couldn't stand it... He couldn't afford the new box, and got on their loan program... he's going to be paying $40 a week for the rest of his life.

He could have bought every damned box Sears had on the floor for that much money, or one box and the Craftsman Master tool set to fill it.

Some people just aren't smart with their money.

Around here all we have to do is go to the electric co-op and they have a mountain of it for free. Its not the beautiful red or gold stuff the women think they need (it all turns the same color after about a month anyway) but its FREE. In fact if you need a bunch of it they will drop it off at your house free if you put your name on a list (if you are a member of the co-op).

Chips or actual ground mulch?

The craftsman box would fall apart in a month in a professional setting. And likely the tools too.

I hate to see someone owe the tool trucks for life but if he's professional he will get his money worth.

It says mulch. Likely wood chips. Either way put down 3 inches of wood chips for free then cover with decorative mulch.

Unless you see the brush going through the chipper, stay far away.

We used to get requests for chip, and if the person requesting was a d*, we'd make a special effort to run some junk (usually bamboo) through.
