Rainy day. Not a good day to work on a deck.

Those are nice but they are high maintenance.

The rain is supposed to hold off until tomorrow.

The only "maintenance" I do is hose it off once a month or so and stain the deck and railings once a year.

There was a very small deck here when I bought the place. I paid $1,100 to have it extended and another $275 to have the original portion rebuilt to today's building codes (the deck boards were way too far apart). Yes, I could have done that part myself, but it was much easier to have the crew from Lowes that was installing my sliding glass doors to do the work for me (off the books).

I like to eat dinner on my deck during the summer and, yes, my wi-fi works just fine.

He would probably have carrot juice and kale salads as a reward

I enjoy a nice ice cold beer with dinner. I put one in the freezer when I get home and it is just right when I get changed. I "borrowed" a couple of nice beer mugs that my son had "borrowed" from a local bar and keep those in the freezer.

The difference is my life does not revolve around beer.

We don't even bring air back to the building. Drivers unload it. Figure out who is taking what, and go.

That's the way we do it. We separate the Saturday's from the others and the driver(s) decide who is going to take what, keeping in mind whatever EAMs they may have. If we get a bulk Monday air stop we will sometimes run that off as well to take the edge off of Monday.
