Sounds correct to me, a center manager would make a little more in salary and probably double in MIP.

Good luck OP. Hope you don't think having a Degree will mean fast track promotions.
Manager level makes about 25% more in salary and as you said ... double the MIP amount.

Hired. Starting pay with MIP over $100,000. Could have probably gotten more but didn't want to push the envelope...


$102k right? We're my calculations correct? Top driver rate $34/h X 45 hour work= $79,560.00 X %1.10(increase)= $87,516.00 BASE SALARY. Then add your POSSIBLE NOT GUARANTEED Maxed at 17% MIP for FT SUP. ($14,877.00) =$102,393.00.

And NON-negotiable like I said too right?? You tried but they said no right? That's the way it was with me.

By the way for those who want to know MIP Max is 17% of annual salary for FT sups, 34% for center managers and close to 45% for Division managers. They have never got the full 100% of 17% the last few years it was close to 8-10% of annual salary.
