The op is in fantasy land about being an ORS he thinks the dm is gonna pat him on the back and say good job I know you tried your best even though your numbers were bad......they won't try and put his job on the line to scare him into breaking the rulesI'm confused........

How much do center manager makeSounds correct to me, a center manager would make a little more in salary and probably double in MIP.
Good luck OP. Hope you don't think having a Degree will mean fast track promotions.
How much do center manager make
Manager level makes about 25% more in salary and as you said ... double the MIP amount.Sounds correct to me, a center manager would make a little more in salary and probably double in MIP.

Your grasping at straws! So this MIP. If I have a late air, does my management team lose a couple bucks? 20 paid send agains? Customer complaints? Hour OA?
Congrats.Hired. Starting pay with MIP over $100,000. Could have probably gotten more but didn't want to push tge envelope...
Congrats.

$102k right? We're my calculations correct? Top driver rate $34/h X 45 hour work= $79,560.00 X %1.10(increase)= $87,516.00 BASE SALARY. Then add your POSSIBLE NOT GUARANTEED Maxed at 17% MIP for FT SUP. ($14,877.00) =$102,393.00.
And NON-negotiable like I said too right?? You tried but they said no right? That's the way it was with me.
By the way for those who want to know MIP Max is 17% of annual salary for FT sups, 34% for center managers and close to 45% for Division managers. They have never got the full 100% of 17% the last few years it was close to 8-10% of annual salary.
Hope it works out for you.....
Congratulations
Good luck. Look the other way when you see someone forget to put their 4-ways on when they're parked at the end of a cul-de-sac.
