Psalms 25 7-21
7 Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O Lord.
8 Good and upright is the Lord: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
9 The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
10 All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
11 For thy name's sake, O Lord, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.
12 What man is he that feareth the Lord? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.
13 His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.
14 The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
15 Mine eyes are ever toward the Lord; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.
16 Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.
17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.
18 Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
19 Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.
20 O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
I believe this passage of scripture shows us that his some of his blessings are conditions of us keeping a covenant with him. Like in verse 20 and 21.
And some of his blessings are Grace and we can do nothing to earn them, or lose them, Like in verse 8 and 18.
I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins (Jn. 8:24).

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish (Lk. 13:3).

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin (1 Jn. 1:7).
Condition: If you walk in the light: Result: Cleansed from all sin.
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you-, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain (1 Cor. 15:1-2).

Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.( Acts 2:37-38)
Condition: Lost in sin( they had just learned they had killed The Christ) Sought forgiveness
Result: Repentance and baptism for the remission(forgiveness) of their sins
Yes, we are saved by grace. But, you posted the verse for grace being sufficient as to minimize or totally exclude any action on your part.
"For by grace are ye saved through faith" (Eph. 2:8). Grace is used in this passage to describe everything which God has done
for the salvation of man; faith is used in this passage to indicate everything which we must do to receive the gift of God's grace. (Air is a gift, but you have to breath )
Christ's blood is the grounds of our salvation but there are conditions which we must meet in order to receive the benefits of that blood. Salvation/Grace/Mercy are conditional.
