How many of you drivers who receive tips return with a thank you card the next day?

If it's someone I can't thank personally I'll leave a thank you card.

I didn't do any special favors for this but I was tipped with this today. I had a woman move to my area that is about the only one that still gets CODs. I have noticed that the richer people on my area don't tip at all, but the ones in lower income neighborhoods do.
