He had no authority to be there with a military assault rifle. No one else that night was killed either by police or any other vigilantes. I will let the jury and the judge determine his guilt and punishment.The question is did he defend himself from bodily harm? If they want to charge him for carrying that gun or any other type of gun that's fine but it's a separate charge from whether he committed murder or acted in self defense.
