Rittenhouse Trial

The homeowner of the "construction site" testified that he called the police a dozen times, had things stolen, had caught Arbery on camera, and asked the defendants to keep an eye out for Arbery specifically. These are facts that destroy the mainstream narrative of the case and establish that the defendants did have a a reason to suspect Arbery had committed Felony Burglary, and was fleeing.

This guy pretends to love the constitution and he wants a bunch of appointed elitists telling juries how they can rule.

Establishing educational and licensing requirements for the practice of law allowed the elites to become gatekeepers of exactly who could and could not qualify to be a judge. An early step in a long planned out coup.

and allowed them to write laws in complicated language that even legal experts have trouble understanding.

Especially with no AR strapped to his chest. But my guess is though that he's being protected in county by the AB.
Why say that just because he's white. H e should be protected because he is still just a child. It is scientifically proven males brains don't mature till our early 20s. Yet he was waived to adult court and is expected to act like an adult, while at the same time we tell them " if youre not 18 no smokes no booze need a parent to sign this or that. Come on people he was a frightened kid with a gun, he was attacked and panicked. Highly doubt his intent was to kill. The kid needs counselling and some real parental guidance, not prison time because then he will come out bitter and more of a criminal than before. Side note another pedophile under dirt everyone will have his back. In prison that is a badge of honor.

If they didn't see him running from that property they could only speculate as to what a black man was doing running through that neighborhood. If you're going to pull a gun on someone better have all the i's dotted and t's crossed. I'm 100% for protecting property and bringing criminals to justice. I'm not in favor of average citizens running around with guns making the wrong assumptions and nervously reacting to situations they aren't trained to handle. They may have been 100% right that Arbery was the right guy and had broken into that property. But they didn't know for sure and the best course would have been to alert law enforcement and keep a visual of Arbery. By the way how did the homeowner know from looking at security footage who Arbery was and how would these two guys know exactly who he was and what he looked like? Was Arbery identified after his death as the guy on security footage? How would that have helped these guys before he was shot?

Knowing for sure isn't the standard.

They had virtual certainty. They had near certainty. They had a lot of different factors and history all coming together at the same time, in the same direction, saying this was the guy.

And it was.

They were right.

Deal with it, Karen.

Something tells me your assurances won't fly in court. But you contact their lawyer and tell him you've got his back. That's enough right there.

They're explicitly what the law allows.

You're supposedly some kind of conservative, but you don't care about English common law or acknowledge that white guys with guns are guilty of being white guys with guns.

Texas is embarrassed by you, FYI.

Stephen friend. Austin has disowned you.

This stupid software won't even let me type the name of the Father of Texas because they think it's a curse word. lol

I come from a family that collects guns like some people collect baseball cards. I'm 100% for gun ownership, protecting your family and your home. But I don't want people who aren't trained, aren't experienced, running around with guns meeting out justice. Sooner or later you get the wrong person killed. Has happened plenty in the past and it's not an oops you can come back from. If you want to be a cop then join the force and protect and serve. Until then loud mouth wannabes need to stick to protecting their own property.

They had no intention of meeting out justice or killing anyone.

Their intent was to detain and pass along to authorities a very obviously guilty man.

Then that man tried to kill them.

Everything was legal and fine.
