Rittenhouse Trial

it doesn't matter if they were right about him, without him actively stealing it didn't justify an armed intervention
The law states a private person can detain someone if they have probable grounds for suspicion they committed the felony.
If they saw Arbery going into their neighbors property to mosey around I’d say they at least have an argument to make.

“And in 2010, Grosskreutz was arrested and charged with hitting his grandmother in the face during a dispute, during which he also threw a lamp and damaged a wall.”

Can’t imagine hitting my Grammy in the face.
That’s some sick :censored2:, guy deserved to catch a headshot. Kyle gave that little bitch a pass and now he suing.

Try it at my house and see what happens.
Wasn't at your house. But again, you have an armed, trained, law enforcement officer opening fire on an unarmed woman in the act of climbing through a window in front of a number of armed police officers and he's hailed as a hero. A 17 yr old who's physically attacked by three grown men defends himself and has been characterized erroneously as a white supremacist, militia member, racist, and lied about him saying he had that rifle illegally(weapons charged dismissed after prosecutor agreed he wasn't in violation of the law) and you want him nailed with every kind of charge possible. All because he killed people "protesting" a police shooting. We can have have rioting, looting, burning, assaults, murder as long as it's the approved side doing it, right? But heaven help anyone who dares to try and stop the mayhem. And then has to defend his life because the rioters don't like anyone putting out their fires. Do you not see the hypocrisy of your view on all of this? If he gets exonerated I hope he becomes the latest millionaire collecting settlements after suing the woke mob which rabidly goes after everyone in an attempt to railroad anyone who doesn't comply with their demanded compliance with their worldview.

Had Arbery stolen tools? Didn't see him swinging a hammer in the video and no stolen items were found on the body.
Probably grounds for suspicion that he was a thief. Trespassing on those people’s property and snooping around then fleeing seems to meet that standard imo.

no proof he entered any dwelling, the house was under construction, things could have been left outside

that's the whole **cking point of this, nobody actually witnessed ANYTHING, it's all feelings, you don't go detaining people based on your feelings
He is on camera walking around the inside.
I don’t know much about the case. I’m just giving reasons these men thought they were doing the right thing. This wasn’t some lynching for the sake of killing an innocent black man.

I might be a little biased in the Arbery case as I've walked through homes that were under construction more than a few times. It's just a thing white people like to do in my part of the country.
