Rittenhouse Trial

Plus the "unarmed" attackers had a gun, a skateboard, a rock, and a fist.
But you have to let them shoot you first and then you're still the aggressor for being a white guy with a gun.

If they beat you to death and your last act is a trigger squeeze, they'll try you for murder posthumously.

At the end of the day, they just hate whitey.

B.C. boohoo buster.
Rittenhouse brought a gun to a fist fight.

As the prosecution said in closing, (paraphrasing here) "you can not claim self-defence when you are the one instigating the threat and violence."
Numerous witnesses have testified Rittenhouse pointed his weapon numerous time at the crowds before the shootings ever took place.

Most, if not all the witnesses believed Rittenhouse was an active shooter. He identified himself in no other way.

Of all the guns people were carrying, fires burning, cars being destroyed, and riotous mayhem; ONLY Rittenhouse shot, wounded and killed people.

There is a need for proportionality in self-defence. You don't shoot someone with the intent to kill because he hits you with a skateboard.

Guilty as charged!

It is quite plausible that the jury buys the argument that Wannabe Pasty provoked this, thereby, losing the privilege of self-defense. They may see a guy who came in from out of out of town: he brought his AR15, had no business being there, thought he was a police officer and medic. He was neither.

His dad lives in Kenosha. It's his town.

He raced to put out fires, because it's his town and nobody was helping.

He kept himself alive by stopping people who tried to kill him.

Give the boy a key to the city and a million-dollar thank you check.

He was looking for an excuse to use his new toy. And so Pasty got his wish and fired his gun eight times that night, four shots at an unarmed Joseph Rosenbaum, two shots at an unarmed unknown individual, one shot at an unarmed Anthony Huber and one shot at an armed Gaige Grosskreutz.

Somebody had better move you to a padded room before the jury's verdict is announced.

The prosecutor (Binger) should lose his job over his misconduct.
Even without the misconduct, he should lose his job for being dumb.

Dude didn't even know that Kyle's family is in Kenosha. He tried to make following legal 101 advice into something shady. He literally didn't understand basic facts, and then made that obvious to the court.
