You are the ones who cry about wages more than anyone and you already make doctors wages and you are the definition of unskilled labor. The difference here is that I think what I make is fair even before this raise. What I take offense to is someone making the same as me that has worked here way less. Oh and by the way I just found this forum and would have been here much sooner if I had known it was here. Don’t worry I won’t be leaving anytime soon.

And yet we’re not crying. If my wages didn’t go up as much because a part timer is going to get more money and with me. Hopefully we get a better quality part timer moving forward. And if you’re not leaving anytime soon, you must not be that upset with the job and what it pays or you could do something about it. That’s exactly why I went full-time.
