Are you talking about the 2/3 rule? yes you’re welcome. I was one of the ones that voted that out. Still doesn’t account for the awful percentage of part-timers, who usually take the time to vote on anything.
News to me this bs was tossed and sincerely thank you for your service and your role in abolishing that wild card they pulled. This is where the union left a bad taste in my mouth and it really pissed me off. Nobody wanted 22.4s.

UPS has a job posting in my area for Warehouse Worker / Package Handler at $25/hr posted about a month ago. The job posting does not say for what shift. So does this mean if someone who just got hired or attained seniority at this MRA would be making $27.75 come August 1st? Also couldn't the company just pull all MRA across the country right before the TA is ratified pending the outcome of the vote? (I remember something like this happened in 2018). There needs to be better language covering MRA in this agreement like one uniform increase across the board (all shifts; all employees PT & FT) once given can not be taken away & not for one but for all (company discretion;excluding employees in same shift;classification). Also did anyone hear or see anything about vacation, overtime and guaranteed hours improvements?
Other states make more money than this contract already, because cost of living. This contract it's not into details, yet only focusing on basics, raised, air conditioning for drivers, 22.4, etc.. we all as you are in the limbo.

that's the fresh out of mom's basement blue-vest rate. Obviously there is more to it.
It’s pretty official as to the pay scale for the most part. Feel free to bring this back up and drag me through the mud if it’s not. But
Benefits stay the same.

Everyone under $21 will automatically go to $21 on August 1.

If you are a seniority employee, you will gain another $2.75

Based on years you will also get the bonus per years of service: up to $1.50
The $1.50 breaks down to in yrs

5 - 50c
10- 1.00
15+ 1.50

Sounds pretty good to me. Are you not happy for the new hires? And you get a little bump as well plus yearly raises.

What and who is a seniority employee? Anyone who qualified after 30 working days?

This is where the confusion is

If you are at $18, do you get bumped to $21 then also get the $2.75, or do they add the $2.75 to your $18?
