Again work smarter, not harder, lol. I will stay PT, drivers are prisoners cameras everywhere, long hours, sacrifice their families for a few bucks, maybe marital problems, stressed, jams, No tyvm. I want peace. There's no problem with drivers, feeders, and management. The problem it's new hires, current employees less than $21, against Seniority employees. It's not about changing FT, either.
I can't wait for this contract to be over so people like you can just leave and never come back here again.
He wants peace and he wants more money? L O L sounds like a Candyass to me.

Again your bank account or pay has nothing to do with the facts. Your pay is caped pt is not. I am sorry that hurts your little feelings but it is what it is. Why is this even something you are arguing about anyway it has nothing to do with you.
What are you even talking about? Sound like a complete idiot. Are you complaining or are you happy? Lol Jesus.

You are kind of slow aren’t you big guy. Our situations as a pt employee isn’t even relative to what you are talking about or comparing it to. You agreed to make the same no matter your years of service as your progression has a cap. You knew from day one that your years of service would equal nothing once you hit your cap. Not having a cap should ensure that a 10 year employee should never make what a new hire makes.
You can say it all you want but it don't work that way. I bet you tell yourself that you're so smart for not going FT because one day your cap theory will pay off. One day some one up above will say....

"This man has no cap! We will shower him with riches that his 10 years of PT service demands! Bring forth the reward for this man's services Carol! Let us gaze upon his brilliance for seeing our folly of not placing a cap on him!"

For someone that claims to be smart. You sure do complain about what you make... a lot.

Seems your feels are hurt. That's why you're hear claiming how unfair it is that you'll make the same as a new hire.

Be careful what you ask for. UPS might just decide sometime to go to a progression for part time and cap you at whatever number they decide. That will really get you worked up having everyone make the same as you, ha ha. And without your approval.
