I am sorry I am not sure what that term means as far as red circled. What I do know is they are part timers. That isn’t even mentioning the numerous guys or gals in the $30 plus range. Point being is all the discrepancy in pay amongst the pt employees. It’s a vast difference to the drivers.

Before the 1983 contract, everyone made the same rate part-time and full-time. After that is when the eight dollar an hour part timer was voted in contractually. The members who were left from that contract were called red circled because of their pay.

Voting begins on 08/03/23 but UPS earnings call is 08/08/23. Hold off on voting until after the 8th.

Still part time, but they make slightly less than full-time driver’s

It's a good contract if drivers wants to wait a year or more for AC, because the pay it's great, work more hours, or same because of the language. This contract doesn't benefit Seniority Part time employees, to my perspective. Cost of living it's increasing by the minute, union dues will take every year, more from us too. Nothing it's free. At the end, all that practice strikes signs, campaign, we the Teamsters members going to pay back on Union dues. By the way great video, Tyvm. Let's not panic, but let's be alert.

Unions don't care about fair, they care about equal. Equal pay for equal work. You don't deserve any more than the next guy for the same work.

Just because we are doing the same job doesn’t mean we are doing equal work. That’s ridiculous. If I move a hundred boxes in a day and you move one box is that equal work? Or a better example is if I move a million boxes in 9 years and you move 10000 boxes in 90 days is that equal work? What kind of liberal hell did you crawl out of?

Or a better example is if I move a million boxes in 9 years and you move 10000 boxes in 90 days is that equal work? What kind of liberal hell did you crawl out of?

And if you've been here 10 years and move 30 boxes while the guy who's only been here for four years moves 300 boxes, you deserve more?

Are you really going there? I am very happy with my life that doesn’t mean I have to be happy about ups contract dealings.
