What if there wasn’t? Would that be great? Sounds like that’s what you guys got.Do you think there should be a progression for drivers?

I am sorry I am not sure what that term means as far as red circled. What I do know is they are part timers. That isn’t even mentioning the numerous guys or gals in the $30 plus range. Point being is all the discrepancy in pay amongst the pt employees. It’s a vast difference to the drivers. Those guys are red circled. Like @PT Car Washer
Before the 1983 contract, everyone made the same rate part-time and full-time. After that is when the eight dollar an hour part timer was voted in contractually. The members who were left from that contract were called red circled because of their pay.I am sorry I am not sure what that term means as far as red circled. What I do know is they are part timers. Good to know. Does that mean they are not classified as a pt employee anymore? If that is the case I don’t think they are privy to that information. Before the 1983 contract, everyone made the same rate part-time and full-time. Still part time, but they make slightly less than full-time driver’sGood to know. Does that mean they are not classified as a pt employee anymore? If that is the case I don’t think they are privy to that information.
No.Do you think there should be a progression for drivers?
And here we go....
It's a good contract if drivers wants to wait a year or more for AC, because the pay it's great, work more hours, or same because of the language. This contract doesn't benefit Seniority Part time employees, to my perspective. Cost of living it's increasing by the minute, union dues will take every year, more from us too. Nothing it's free. At the end, all that practice strikes signs, campaign, we the Teamsters members going to pay back on Union dues. By the way great video, Tyvm. Let's not panic, but let's be alert.FYI i am simply going by this video i listened to on the way home
chilling in a truck all day for $40 an hour is definitely smarter.I work smarter not harder, that's how you play the game. We all entitled to our own opinion.
Just because we are doing the same job doesn’t mean we are doing equal work. That’s ridiculous. If I move a hundred boxes in a day and you move one box is that equal work? Or a better example is if I move a million boxes in 9 years and you move 10000 boxes in 90 days is that equal work? What kind of liberal hell did you crawl out of?Unions don't care about fair, they care about equal. Equal pay for equal work. You don't deserve any more than the next guy for the same work.
Whatever works for us, it's smarter.chilling in a truck all day for $40 an hour is definitely smarter.
And if you've been here 10 years and move 30 boxes while the guy who's only been here for four years moves 300 boxes, you deserve more?Just because we are doing the same job doesn’t mean we are doing equal work. Nothing it's equal, they all advantage and disadvantages.Just because we are doing the same job doesn’t mean we are doing equal work. That’s ridiculous. Now are you really trying to argue that? Really?About how likely is that scenario if we are going in the room of truth? Are you trying to say that a guy that has been working at his job for 10 years has done equal work to someone who has been there 90 days? GTFO. Only in liberal land does this thinking occur. And if you've been here 10 years and move 30 boxes while the guy who's only been here for four years moves 300 boxes, you deserve more?

I still need to read the entire TA.This is honestly the best contract it was ever offered to us in my entire career
I've seen more of you s standing around while the new guy busts his ass than the other way around. You should've sucked less at life, you'd be happier. Now are you really trying to argue that? Says the guy who makes doctors wages to drop a package off on a doorstep. And cry’s for more. Drivers are the biggest bunch of cry babies in the company. Oh boo boo it’s too hot. Are you really going there? I am very happy with my life that doesn’t mean I have to be happy about ups contract dealings.I've seen more of you s standing around while the new guy busts his ass than the other way around.
