Oh the offered me the 22.4 but here in Houston that was the a show. For the longest they were laid off and couldn’t even work in the building. I’m 43 now and don’t want to drive. How long until you get a shot at driving?

Why? I started when I was 28 (after serving 8 years in the USAF) and retired at 57. There is no reason that a (reasonably) fit 43 year old could not do this job.Oh the offered me the 22.4 but here in Houston that was the a show. Not sure how long ago you retired but we are a long way from the 120 stops per day of 15 years ago. Not to mention how intolerable the micromanagement is becoming. Why? There is more to life than money.IDGAF what anyone else gets paid, I care about my paycheck.
My seniority gets my pick of vacation, job bids and overtime.
As is, I should hit 2250 hours this year, 1000 of those hours being time and a half or double time.
If you want your money, work for it.
Dave was very tight with management...Not sure how long ago you retired but we are a long way from the 120 stops per day of 15 years ago. Not to mention how intolerable the micromanagement is becoming.
Are you a full-time employee? Math seems fuzzy...IDGAF what anyone else gets paid, I care about my paycheck.

Riiiiight. So you are ok with someone who doesn’t even work for the company yet getting a bigger raise than you after the clown show we have been through the last 3 years?IDGAF what anyone else gets paid, I care about my paycheck.

Nope, part time, but my schedule starts me at 1:am, and I work until about 9:30, and I work a 6 day punch pretty much every week. Do the math. Are you a full-time employee? Math seems fuzzy...
Seems like a lot of hours for a part-time job. But hey- if it suits you...Nope, part time, but my schedule starts me at 1:00 am, and I work until about 9:30, and I work a 6 day punch pretty much every week. Do the math.

I care about what my paycheck is. Thats my bottom line. Everyone is getting a raise of $7.50 over the term.Riiiiight. So you are ok with someone who doesn’t even work for the company yet getting a bigger raise than you after the clown show we have been through the last 3 years?
They could have just given EVERYBODY $5 catch up raises across the board and cut through all of the confusion.
This is what the old timers talk about from time to time, is “fighting for what you guys have now“. You can say it too now.Riiiiight. So you are ok with someone who doesn’t even work for the company yet getting a bigger raise than you after the clown show we have been through the last 3 years?
Hell yes I do! We just won the Super Bowl for this company and now we’re free agents! Maybe you want to be loyal to the team and that’s very noble of you but this team doesn’t give a rip about you. To them you are a cost…that’s it! Shohei Ohtani is gonna get paid!I care about what my paycheck is. Thats my bottom line. Everyone is getting a raise of $7.50 over the term.
You seem to think you're entitled to more?
And with that attitude and also the high school antics about meeting someone on the street no one gaf about you either.IDGAF what anyone else gets paid, I care about my paycheck.

No doubt! But the shareholders didn’t EARN a penny of those buybacks and dividends! Our asses did! This is what the old timers talk about from time to time, is “fighting for what you guys have now“. You can say it too now.
Every penny we don’t push for will be spent on replacing us with technology! Be grateful for that!Never seen so many ungrateful people. Now if This thing falls apart and we go Back down to $15 An hour I don't want to hear any crying
You misconstrued my point. If a seniority union member with 40 day is making the same as me, great for them. But, as long as they are making the contract minimum, well, we all started at the bottom. And with that attitude and also the high school antics about meeting someone on the street no one gaf about you either.
