Please tell me why you being happy with you job has anything to do with the future of UPS.

Because finding satisfaction happiness etc with my job assumes having that job which I probably still will have with a union and contract that prevents the company from hiring all those 50,000 illegals you said would be taking it therefore maybe taking some of that happiness away.

I agree we should be prepared for changes but a non unionized workforce will never happen at UPS unless it's AI and then we're all effed.

Yeah I’m not convinced. That’s a lot to replace. Especially with the ethical state of the workforce out there. If it does I’ll learn a trade and try to start my own business. That’s what I have told my sons.
