Yes. How many illegals are working in meat processing plants across the country? How many are working in the kitchen of restaurants? I'm sure big farms have illegals too. People say the law preventing them hiring illegals do not understand reality. It is only illegal when they get caught.

None of those positions are unionized and most importantly aren't in the public eye. My state has countless illegals in it. If UPS could hire them without starting a storm, they would.
Bottom line is we'll never be replaced by a non union workforce (possibly AI in a couple decades)especially an illegal non union work force. Maybe a few stragglers that slip through the cracks but nothing of any scale.

Being happy with your job has nothing to do with what's happening.
Appearance standards are not the only thing changing in the country/company. Or the only thing that will change.

Are you assuming that the union has been decertified and UPS is no longer unionized in the next seventeen years( retirement) and therefore not working under a legal contract? I was speaking of trends in the broader world that would affect UPS, not completely eliminate current workers, assuming a contract. You made a false inference from my argument settle down.
